There's more than one way to be part of the Halo Community Social. Whether you have time, hardware, or budget to contribute, we want you involved.
Volunteers are the backbone of a grassroots event. We need hands-on help the day of the event and are grateful for every person who shows up to make this night run smoothly. Volunteers must purchase a ticket, and report to their post at least 10 minutes before their scheduled shift. Volunteers will receive a refund for their meal tickets at the end of the night. All volunteers are subject to background checks.
Help redeem attendee's meal vouchers handing out food and non-alcoholic drinks.
Ensure LAN stations run smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
Welcome attendees at the door; verify tickets; distribute lanyards, badges and swag; and help direct guests around the venue.
Assist with raffle drawings by handing out raffle items won by attendees.
Oversee tournament matches, enforce ruleset, resolve disputes, and ensure bracket integrity throughout the event.

► Contact Us to VolunteerThanks to our partnership with Scion eSports, we have all of our current generation consoles, controllers and games needs met, but we're not just looking for current generation hardware. We need original Xbox consoles and controllers provided by the community to accomplish our goal of the retro 2000s LAN experience we're aspiring to provide. All equipment will be labeled to ensure it is returned to its rightful owner at the end of the event. Lenders will receive a token of appreciation in a form to be determined.
Have hardware to lend? Let us know what you have and we'll coordinate logistics.
